The event brought together individuals from all walks of life—families, caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, and community supporters—united by a shared mission to promote awareness, acceptance, and inclusion of individuals with autism.
The walkathon served as a powerful platform to celebrate neurodiversity and foster meaningful conversations about the importance of early intervention, specialized care, and community support for those living with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Participants proudly wore T shirts, shades of blue, and baloons _the official color for autism awareness, while holding banners and signs that conveyed messages of love, support, and advocacy.
Speaking at the event, representatives from QISH emphasized the organization's ongoing commitment to empowering individuals with autism through comprehensive healthcare, education, and support services.
“This walkathon is not just a symbol of awareness—it’s a step toward a more inclusive society where every individual, regardless of ability, is valued and supported,” a QISH spokesperson stated.
The event concluded with interactive activities for kids, face painting, games ect.
QISH extends its sincere gratitude to all participants, volunteers, and supporters who contributed to the success of this meaningful initiative.
